Refund policy

We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. This policy outlines the terms for cancellations, refunds, and resolutions.

1. Cancellations

We process orders immediately to ensure fast shipping, limiting our cancellation window.

  • 4-Hour Policy: You must request cancellation within four (4) hours of placing your order.

  • Irrevocability: After the 4-hour window, the order is considered shipped and cannot be cancelled or refunded.

2. Refunds

Refund eligibility is determined strictly by official shipping carrier tracking information.

  • Carrier Delivery Failure: If tracking confirms a package was lost or failed delivery due to a carrier error, we will offer a full refund or reshipment.

  • Customer Address Error: If the package is undeliverable or returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, a refund will not be issued.

  • Confirmed Delivery: If tracking shows the package was successfully "Delivered," our delivery obligation is fulfilled. We cannot issue a refund for claims of non-receipt after a confirmed delivery. The customer must file a claim directly with the carrier.

3. Resends or Refunds (Damaged Goods & Order Errors)

We will resolve issues involving broken products or packing mistakes quickly. You must initiate any claim in this section within three (3) calendar days of the confirmed delivery date.

  • Damaged Product: If you receive a product broken, we require photo proof. Upon approval, you may choose a full refund or a replacement shipment.

  • Packing Mistake/Missing Items: If we made a packing error, we might require photo proof. Upon approval, we will immediately resend the missing item(s).

4. Returns

Due to strict hygiene and safety standards, we do not accept returns. Please refer to other sections for available resolutions.

5. Subscriptions

  • Cancellation: Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time.

  • Rebills: Recurring rebills are treated as new orders and are subject to the standard 4-hour cancellation and refund policies.

6. Guarantee

We offer a one-time satisfaction guarantee on product performance.

  • Eligibility: If you are dissatisfied with the product's effectiveness, you may contact us for a refund within ninety (90) days of the delivery date.

  • Limitation: This performance-based refund is strictly limited to a one-time refund per customer. Future orders are not eligible for this guarantee.

7. Fraudulent Behavior

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for fraudulent activity. Any customer identified as attempting to exploit our policies will be permanently blacklisted, and we will refuse service to all current or future accounts linked to that individual.

8. Other Information

  • Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and are returned only to the original payment card. No alternative methods for fund return are available.

  • Resend Timeline: All approved reshipments (replacements) are processed and shipped according to our standard order shipping timeline.

  • Support Scope: We can only provide assistance with your most recent order.

  • Contact Method: All support and refund requests must be initiated via email only.

  • Verification: You must contact us from the exact email address used to place your order or registered on our website. Requests from unverified emails may be declined as unauthorized.
